NAME

     lmstat - show status of network licensing activities



DESCRIPTION
     lmstat is a shell  script  that  shows  the  status  of  all
     network  licensing  activities.   To get started type at the
     Unix shell prompt in the $MATLAB/etc directory:

                         lmstat -help

     This man  page  is  under  construction  and  the  completed
     version will be a available in a future release.
